We will NOT be held responsible for any misspelled words or other graphic work after YOUR approval is given. GRAPHICS: All orders come with a maximum of 2 proofs and allow 2 changes. Any changes after that point will result in an extra fee of $30 for each new proof or change per YOUR requests. Please verify all information on the graphics. EMBROIDERY: Embroidery items WILL have $35 digitizing fee per design and size, plus the cost of the item to be embroidered on. Please allow additional processing time to order non-stocked items. SHIPPING: Please allow at least 5-7 business days before items are shipped. We DO NOT guarantee any shipping services. We are NOT responsible for mail delays, stolen items and lost items.
