Shop Policies
All sales are final NO Refunds. The payment in full is required on all orders and must be paid before production begins. No services will be provided prior to payment. We accept all major credit cards, electronic payments, money orders, checks and cash. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We will NOT be held responsible for any misspelled words or other graphic work after YOUR approval is given.
GRAPHICS: All orders come with a maximum of 2 proofs and allow 2 changes. Any changes after that point will result in an extra fee of $30 for each new proof or change per YOUR requests. Please verify all information on the graphics.
EMBROIDERY: Embroidery items WILL have $35 digitizing fee per design and size, plus the cost of the item to be embroidered on. Please allow additional processing time to order non-stocked items.
SHIPPING: Please allow at least 8-10 business days from payment before items are shipped. We DO NOT guarantee any shipping services. We are NOT responsible for mail delays, stolen items and lost items. Shipping maybe longer than expected. Please use the provided tracking information for updates.
