Heat press instructions -Preheat garment for a few seconds -Place design where you can see it (face up) -Cover design with a teflon sheet, press at 305 degrees for 15 seconds medium pressure -DO NOT PEEL HOT, let cool for a few peel warm
Make sure your garment is on a level surface. Not near the zippers, pockets etc. for even distribution
